The worst customer service ever!! I searched the garden center trying to find the flowers that were advertised on sale. I couldn't find what I was looking for so I ask someone who worked in the garden center. They just said, "oh well if we have them they'll be inside" then walked off. Seriously do you know how big the garden center is inside. That info isn't helpful at all!! I ask another associate and they said, "I'm sorry I'm just a loader and I know nothing about this area" then he walked off. He could've at least offered to get someone to help me. I ask another lady that was running the register and showed her the sales ad. She pointed to a table of plants and said those are the ones that are on sale. So I went and got the ones I wanted then went to checkout. Those plants were not the ones that were on sale and I had wasted over an hour trying to find them. I ended up putting them back and going to home depot. Home depot helped me find what I was looking for and I had in and out in 20 mins. I usually shop at Lowe's but they have lost my business due to there horrible customer service!!

I went to Lowe's for light bulbs, screening material, and fertilizer. The gentleman who helped me find what I needed to repair window screens was very helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive. It took me a while to find the fertilizer. I asked three different people where to find it and they all directed me to either potting soil or grass seed. Finally, one lady from the garden center was able to point me in the right direction. Lastly, I want to give a shout-out to Shady -- she works in the garden center. I asked her about hibiscus and spruce trees and she was very knowledgeable. I could tell she really enjoyed what she does. Someone needs to tell her what a great job she is doing.

I usually don't do this but here go's . Lowe's us to be my place. No more . This Johnson City store is a joke to say the least. I went in looking for a pressure gauge for water pressure. I was sent in ten different directions. Finally after making my mine up to leave. This gentleman finely got me in the right area. I've spent a lot of money in the store. No more
